矸石充填采空区顶板沉降规律及矸石承载特性分析

Analysis on roof subsidence law and gangue load bearingcharacteristics in gangue filling goaf

  • 摘要: 为了探讨矸石充填工作面采空区顶板沉降机理及演化特征,提高充填矸石对顶板的控制效果,以某矿F5001矸石充填工作面为背景,采用现场实测与数值模拟相结合的方法,对采空区顶板沉降时空演化规律及矸石区域承载特性进行了研究。结果表明:F5001工作面采空区顶板沉降稳定值为425.50 mm,为工作面采高的19.34%,充填体应力稳定值为2.87 MPa,均在工作面推进100 m后达到基本稳定,且演化规律均具有明显的阶段性特征;采空区充填体压缩过程表现为压缩模量逐渐升高的应变硬化承载特性,工作面推进至100 m之后压缩模量变化基本稳定为68.39 MPa;采空区顶板沉降具有沿工作面倾向同步性、沿走向顺序性的分布特征。

     

    Abstract: In order to study the subsidence mechanism of the roof in the goaf and improve the control effect of the gangue on the roof,taking the F5001 working face of a mine as the background,in combination with the field measurement and the numerical simulation,this paper,analyzed the spatio-temporal evolution law of the roof subsidence in the goaf and the bearing characteristics of the gangue area.The results show that the value of the roof subsidence of the No.F5001 working face is 425.50 mm,which accounts for 19.34% of the height of the working face,and the value of the stress of the filling body is 2.87 MPa.All of them have reached the basic stability after advancing 100 m in the working face,and the evolution law has obvious stage characteristics; the compression process of the filling body in the goaf is gradually increasing.After the strain hardening process,the compression modulus changes basically 68.39 MPa after the working face is pushed to 100 m,and the characteristics of the roof subsidence along the tilt direction are characteristic along the direction sequence.
