煤矿电动无轨运输车辆的关键技术研究

Research on Key Technology of Mine Electric Trackless Transportation Vehicle

  • 摘要: 介绍了国内外煤矿电动无轨运输车辆的现状,通过相关产品的对比及整车设计计算和分析,阐述了煤矿电动无轨运输车辆设计中防爆蓄电池技术、牵引电机技术和整机轻量化设计技术3个关键技术的研究情况。结果表明:发展煤矿电动无轨辅助运输车辆的最关键技术是防爆高比能量电池技术的研究;只有使用新型高比能量防爆电池,整车设计才具有实际应用意义。

     

    Abstract: The paper introduced the present status of the mine electric trackless transportation vehicles at home and abroad.With the related products comparison and the calculation and analysis on the completed vehicle design, the paper stated the study on the mine flameproof battery technology, the haulage motor technology and the completed vehicle light weight design technology in the design of the mine electric trackless transportation vehicle.The study results showed that the key techn ology to develop the mine electric driving trackless auxiliary transportation vehicle would be the study on the mine flameproof high rate energy battery technology.Only with the application of the new mode mine flameproof high rate energy battery, the completed vehicle design would have the actual application meaning.
