五沟矿沿空掘巷煤自燃规律及数值模拟研究

Study on Coal Spontaneous Combustion Law and Numerical Simulation of Gateway Driving Along Goaf in Wugou Mine

  • 摘要: 为研究五沟矿1021工作面沿空掘巷煤柱及相邻采空区自然发火的特征,根据煤炭自燃理论,采用现场煤柱测温、位能测定及数值模拟相结合的方法,分析了沿空掘巷煤自燃影响因素。结果表明:煤柱完整性是导致采空区漏风、遗煤自燃的主要原因之一。在数值模拟预测条件下,经过2~3个月后,沿空侧1017采空区中遗煤温度有所升高,但最高温度低于60℃。当矿压作用使煤柱进一步压酥时,漏风量增大,沿空侧松散煤体温度有升高趋势,具有自然发火危险性。

     

    Abstract: In order to study the coal pillar in the gateway driving along the goaf of No. 1021 coal mining face and the features of the spontaneous combustion in the adjacent goaf, according to the coal spontaneous combustion theory, the combined method of the temperature measurement of the site coal pillar, the potential energy measurement and the numerical simulation was applied to analyze the influence factors of coal spontaneous combustion in the gateway driving along the goaf.The resu Its showed that the integrality of the coal pillar would be one of the main reasons to cause the ventilation leakage and the left coal spontaneous combustion.Under the C ondition of the numerical simulation prediction, after 23 months passed, the temperature of the left coal in the No 1017 goaf along the side was increased and the max t emperature was below 60 °C.When the coal pillar was further pressed by the strata pressure role, the ventilation leakage quantity would be increase, the temperature of the bulk coal along the goaf side would be increased and would have the coal spontaneous combustion danger.
