Abstract:
In order to solve the problems of slow coagulation, low stone rate and low intensity in low temperature environment, theoretical analysis and laboratory experiments were applied to test the condensate characteristics of cement slurry of water-added glass quick-setting agent under low temperature environment. The effects of temperature at 0, 3, 5 ℃ and sodium silicate on the setting time of 0%,3%, 5%, 8%, 10%, 12%, the stone rate and the intensity of cement slurry were studied. The study results show that the sodium silicate could effectively shorten the setting time of cement slurry. The setting time of cement slurry with accelerator was prolonged with the decrease of temperature and shortened with the increase of temperature. The setting time is prolonged with the increase of water-cement ratio. The rate of stone increases with the increase of sodium silicate, but decreases with the increase of water-cement ratio. The cement slurry with 10% water glass content has better setting time, stone rate and strength.
