低温环境下添速凝剂的水泥浆凝结特性试验研究

Experimental study on coagulation characteristics of cementslurry with quick-setting agent at low temperature

  • 摘要: 为了解决低温环境下水泥浆液凝结缓慢、结石率低、强度低的问题,采用了理论分析和室内试验的方法,进行低温环境下添水玻璃速凝剂的水泥浆凝结特性试验,研究了0、3、5 ℃温度和0%、3%、5%、8%、10%、12%水玻璃掺入量对水泥浆液凝结时间、结石率和强度的影响。结果表明:水玻璃能够有效缩短水泥浆液的凝结时间,添水玻璃的水泥浆凝结时间随温度的降低而延长,随温度的升高而缩短;凝结时间随水灰比的增大而延长;结石率随水玻璃掺量的增加而增加,随水灰比的增大而减小;10%水玻璃掺量的水泥浆凝结时间、结石率和强度较好。

     

    Abstract: In order to solve the problems of slow coagulation, low stone rate and low intensity in low temperature environment, theoretical analysis and laboratory experiments were applied to test the condensate characteristics of cement slurry of water-added glass quick-setting agent under low temperature environment. The effects of temperature at 0, 3, 5 ℃ and sodium silicate on the setting time of 0%,3%, 5%, 8%, 10%, 12%, the stone rate and the intensity of cement slurry were studied. The study results show that the sodium silicate could effectively shorten the setting time of cement slurry. The setting time of cement slurry with accelerator was prolonged with the decrease of temperature and shortened with the increase of temperature. The setting time is prolonged with the increase of water-cement ratio. The rate of stone increases with the increase of sodium silicate, but decreases with the increase of water-cement ratio. The cement slurry with 10% water glass content has better setting time, stone rate and strength.
