Study and Practice on Automatic Mining Technology Applied to Fully- Mechanized Coal Mining Face in Thin- Medium Thick Seam

  • 摘要: 为提高薄-中厚煤层煤炭资源采出率,以黄陵一号煤矿薄-中厚且不稳定煤层为研究对象,提出了高度自动化综采工作面配套技术方案,通过将采煤机控制系统、支架电液控制系统、"三机"控制系统、泵站控制系统及供电系统有机融合,实现在巷道监控中心对综采工作面设备的集中控制,实现了采煤全过程的自动化生产。在黄陵一号煤矿的现场应用结果表明:采用该技术后,平均日产量可达6 400 t,综采工作面实现了减人提效。

     

    Abstract: In order to improve a coal recovery rate of coal resources from a thin- medium thick seam, taking an unstable thin- medium thickseam in Huangling No.1 Mine as a study object, a matched technology plan of a high automatic fully- mechanized coal mining face was provided. With an organic integration of coal shearer con trol system, powered support electrohydraulic control system, coal mining face conveying control system, three machine control system, pump station control system an d power supply system, a centralized equipment control of the fully- mechanized coal mining face was realized by the monitoring and control center in the mining gatew ay and an automatic production of the coal mining process was realized. The site application results in Huangling No. 1 Mine showed that, after using this technology, t he average output per day was 6 400 t, and the efficiency was increased in the fully- mechanized coal mining face.
