Performance Analysis and Development of Gas Purifying Device Used in Emergency Refuge System

  • 摘要: 针对目前矿井紧急避险系统在超过额定时间后,防爆型蓄电池或压缩空气瓶耗尽而无法继续进行气体净化的问题,提出了一种脚踏式人力驱动机构的新型气体净化装置,该装置在双气动、电动风扇串接、并列安装的设计基础上,采用主净化驱动方式,能降低人体操作回转速度且省力。通过对脚踏式人力驱动、电动、气动方式独立工作状态下的性能参数测试和对比分析,对有毒有害气体的净化性能进行综合评价,即以氢氧化钙药层厚度100~125 mm为负载工况,排风量最大模式下,20 min的排风体积可达81.2~102.4 m3,能够达到容纳20人的紧急避险系统气体快速净化的设计目标。

     

    Abstract: Aiming at problems caused by compressed air bottles or explosion-proof type battery exhausted in mine emergency refuge system which could not meet the demand for gas purifying beyond rated time, this paper designed gas purifying device on the basis of double pneumatic, electric fan series and parallel installation, t he foot human drive mechanism as the main purifying drive mode was added to reduce operating rotation speed of body and save labour. By test and comparative analy sis of foot human drive, electric, pneumatic modes in the state of independent working, purification performance for toxic and harmful gas was evaluated comprehensive ly, namely the calcium hydroxide's medicine layer thickness of 100 ~ 125 mm as load, under the maximum mode of exhaust air rate, volume of exhaust air reached81. 2 ~ 102. 4 m3during 20 min, so design objective on gas rapid purification of 20 persons emergency refuge system could be reached.
