不同工况下采煤机滚筒载荷谱分形特征试验研究

Experimental study on fractal characteristics of load spectrum of shearer roller in different operating conditions

  • 摘要: 为研究不同工况下采煤机滚筒载荷谱特征,采用分形盒维数对其进行表征。利用试验检测测得各工况下滚筒载荷谱曲线,再运用小波降噪对其进行处理,最后采用MATLAB编程计算出不同工况下滚筒载荷谱盒维数,并对该盒维数进行分析。研究结果表明:在相同煤岩普氏系数下,随着牵引速度的增大,直线截割滚筒载荷谱盒维数逐渐减小,即滚筒载荷波动逐渐减小;在煤岩普氏系数和牵引速度均相等时,直线截割和斜切截割对滚筒载荷谱盒维数影响不大,说明在这2种工况下滚筒载荷波动不会发生剧烈明显的变化;在相同牵引速度和截割方式下,随着煤岩普氏系数的增大,滚筒载荷谱盒维数明显减小,也即滚筒载荷的波动逐渐减小。

     

    Abstract: In order to study the load spectrum characteristics of shearer rollers under different operating conditions,the fractal box dimensions were used to characterize them.The curve of drum load spectrum under each working condition was detected by test and then processed by wavelet de-noising.Finally,the dimension of drum load spectrum box under different working conditions was calculated by MATLAB and the dimension of the box was analyzed.The results show that under the same hardness of coal and rock,as the traction speed increases,the dimensionality of the load spectrum box of straight-line cutting drum decreases gradually,that is,the fluctuation of drum load decreases gradually.When the hardness and traction speed of coal rock are equal.The straight line cutting and the bevel cutting have little effect on the dimensionality of the load spectrum box of the roller,which shows that the fluctuation of the roller load will not change violently and obviously under the two conditions.Under the same traction speed and cutting mode,With the increase of the Coal Rock Proton’s Coefficient,the dimensions of the drum load spectrum box decrease obviously,that is,the fluctuation of the drum load decreases gradually.
