不同变质程度烟煤的自燃极限参数对比分析

  • 摘要: 为了掌握不同变质程度烟煤的自燃极限变化规律及特征,通过煤自燃程序升温试验,首先得到了3个不同变质程度烟煤的O2、CO、CO2随煤温的变化规律,据此计算出煤的耗氧速率和放热强度,然后研究得出了煤自燃极限参数(最小浮煤厚度、上限漏风强度和下限氧气浓度)的变化规律。研究结果表明:与变质程度较高煤样相比,相同条件情况下,煤自燃低温阶段低变质程度煤样的耗氧速率、放热强度和上限漏风强度较高,最小浮煤厚度和下限氧气浓度较小;变质程度接近的煤样,极限参数及其临界点均较接近。研究结果可预测预报煤自燃和固定煤自燃危险区域。

     

    Abstract: In order to master the spontaneous combustion limit variation law and features of bituminous coal with different metamorphic degree, with the temperatur e rising experiments of the coal spontaneous combustion program, the 02, CO and CO2 variation laws with the coal temperature rising for three bituminous coal with dif ferent metamorphic degree obtained and the oxygen consumption rate and heat releasing intensity of coal was calculated.The spontaneous combustion limit parameter s (fine ground coal thickness, upper air leakage intensity and lower oxygen content) of coal were studied and obtained.The study results showed that in comparison wit h the high metamorphic degree coal samples, under the same conditions, the oxygen consumption rate, heat releasing intensity and upper air leakage intensity of the lo W metamorphic degree coal sample would be high at the low temperature period of the coal spontaneous combustion.The min ground coal thickness and low oxygen Co ntent would be low.The metamorphic degree was close to the coal sample and the limit parameters and the critical point would be closed.The study results would have i mportant theoretical significances to further predict and early warn the coal spontaneous combustion and the coal spontaneous combustion danger area.
