高地压低孔隙率煤层注水工艺设计

Design of Water Injection Technique for High Ground Pressure Low Cracking Rate Seam Pressure

  • 摘要: 为了解决高地压低孔隙率煤层注水困难的问题,分析了煤层注水润湿煤体的过程,研究设计了添加渗透剂和高压预裂波动式注水方式,应用于高地压区低孔隙率煤层注;并在星村煤矿E3101东工作面实际应用,分别优设了适用于该工作面的注水用渗透剂、注水工艺参数。结果表明:E3101东工作面应用后,平均每孔多注水超过53 m3;全尘、呼尘的平均降尘率分别为32.9%、33.8%;虽然矿震频繁发生,但每次矿震释放的能量均在105 J以下,在回采过程中未发生冲击地压;工作面、回风隅角和回风流温度分别平均降低了1.075、0.525和0.475℃。采取这些措施提高了E3101东工作面的煤层注水量,取得了较好的降尘、防治冲击地压和降温效果。

     

    Abstract: In order to solve the water injection difficult problem in the high ground pressure and low porosity seam, the paper analyzed the seam water injection an d coal wetting process and had a study and design on the water injection technique for the high ground pressure and low porosity seam with the permeation agent and t he high pressure pre-fracturing wave water injection.A site application of the water injection technique was conducted in E3101 East coal mining face of Xingcun Mine.T he permeation agent and the water injection technique parameters was individually optimized suitable for the coal mining face.The results showed that after the applicat ion to E3101 East coal mining face, the water injected to each borehole in average would be over 53 m3.The dust control rates of the total dust and respirable dust wou Id be 32.9% and 3.8% individually.Although the mine pressure bumping frequently occurred, the energy released from each bumping would be below 105 J in average.T here was no mine pressure bumping accident occurred during the mining process.The temperatures of the coal mining face, air return corner and air return flow were in dividually reduced by 1.075。C, 0.525。C and 0.475。C individually in average.With above measures made, the water injected quantity in seam of E3101 East coal mining face was obviously improved.A good dust control, mine pressure bumping prevention and control and temperature reduction effect was obtained.
