综掘工作面风幕控尘装置设计及试验研究

Design and experiment study on air curtain dust control device of mine fully-mechanized heading face

  • 摘要: 针对岩巷综掘工作面粉尘浓度高、工作环境能见度低、机械磨损程度快等不足,提出选用空气压缩机为风幕控尘装置提供气源,研究出一种基于岩巷综掘工作面的、由射流箱和呈倒“U”形射流腔等组成的风幕控尘装置。为确定空气压缩机作为气源的合理性和风幕控尘装置的控尘效果,在试验基地搭建长15 m、宽4 m、高5 m的试验巷道进行试验。试验结果表明:采用高压风管作为风幕控尘的气源,安装风幕前后司机处总粉尘质量浓度分别为752.78 mg/m~3和133.33 mg/m~3,其控尘效率为82.3%,并能够形成有效的控尘风幕,改善岩巷工作面环境,该装置为掘进工作面粉尘防治提供了新手段。

     

    Abstract: According to high dust concentration, low visibility of the working environment, fast mechanical wear degree and other disadvantages of the fully-mechan ized heading face in mine rock roadway, an air compressor was applied to provide the air sources of the air curtain dust control device. An air curtain dust control devic e with an air jet box, inverted U shaped jet chamber and other components was studied based on the mine rock roadway fully-mechanized heading face. In order to det ermine the rationality of the air compressor as the air sources and the dust control effect of the air curtain dust control device, mine trial roadway with a length of 15 m, width of 4 m and height of 5 m was built for the trial at the test base. The experiment results showed that high pressure air duct as the air sources of the air curtain dust control, before and after the air curtain installed, a total dust concentration at the operation location was 752.78 mg/m3 and 133.33mg/m3 individually. The dust control efficiency was 82.3%. An effective dust control air curtain could be formed, the environment of the mine rock roadway heading face was improved and thus the air curtai n dust control device could provide a new method to the dust prevention and control of the fully-mechanized heading face.
