压力式气水相互冲洗滤池的开发与应用

Development and Application of Pressurized Gas and Water Interacted Flushing Filter

  • 摘要: 为实现矿井水井下直接处理利用,开发出适合煤矿井下工作环境的压力式气水相互冲洗滤池。该滤池由多个密闭的滤格组成,采用压力式进出水,保证了滤后水进入后续构筑物所需要的进水压力;当某一滤格需要反冲洗时,先对该滤格进行气反冲洗,再进行水反冲洗,且该滤格的反冲洗水来自其他滤格的滤后水,无需专用的冲洗设施,不仅提高了冲洗效率,且降低了反冲洗水量。工程应用实践表明,该滤池具有结构简单、空间占用少、操作管理方便、运行稳定、出水水质好等特点,可在井下矿井水直接处理中推广应用。

     

    Abstract: In order to realize the treatment directly and uilization of the mine water in the underground mine, a pressurized type gas and water interacted flushing fi Ilter was developed suitable for the working environment in the underground mine. The filter was consisted with several closed filtration lattices. The application of the pre ssurized water income and output could ensure the income water pressure required when the filtered water was utilized for the later buildings.When some filtration lattic e needed reversed flushing, a compressed reversed air flushing would be needed first and then a reversed water flushing would be conducted.The water required for th e reversed flushing of the filtration lattice would come from filtrated water of the other filtration lattices and there would be no special flushing facilities required.Thus th e flushing efficiency could be improved and the water quantity of the reversed flushing could be reduced. The practice application showed that the filter would have the f ollowing advantages, simple in internal and external structure, small space occupied, convenient operation management, a stable operation, good output water quality a nd other features.The filter could be promoted and applied to the mine water treatment directly in underground mine.
