Key technology and equipment of crushing of large lump coal in 8 m large mining height fully- mechanized face

  • 摘要: 为解决大采高工作面片帮大块煤经常堵塞输送机机头卸载点和转载机入口的问题,提出了片帮大块煤破碎综合配套技术,以金鸡滩煤矿108工作面为研究对象,分析了片帮煤造成煤流拥堵的原因及最易堵煤的位置,设计了挡板内式、挡板外式2种配套方案,适应不同工况环境下成套设备的配套;研制了集电动机、NGW减速器、截齿于一体的大块煤破碎装置,液压缸驱动调高,采用机械、电器、液压3种过载保护方式,使得设备具有较高的安全性;分析研究了截齿布置方式,给出了截线距计算方法,保证了较低的截割能耗。现场应用表明,工作面经过周期来压及采高变化,不同块度的片帮煤均能很好地破碎成可卸载的小块煤,破碎过程连续、可靠,不需要人工干预。

     

    Abstract: In order to solve for blockage because of large lump sloughing coal on scraper conveyor head and stage loader entrance in high cutting height mining fa ce, the paper put forward comprehensive matching technology for crushing of large lump coal. With the research object of No.108 face in Jinjitan Mine, it not only analy zed the reasons for the coal flow congestion caused by sloughing coal, but also found out the most easily blocking coal position. Two schemes of inside baffle type and outside baffle type was designed to adapt to different working conditions of the equipment matching. The crushing device was researched and developed to a combinati on which includes motor, NGW reducer and picks, and could be driven by means of hydraulic pressure. As means of mechanical, electrical, hydraulic overload protectio n, the device had high security. The paper had an analysis on the picks arrangement, and expounded calculation method of picks line distance wich could reduce the cu tting energy consumption. The field application showed that having an experience of periodic pressure and cutting height variation, sloughing coal with different block si zes could be broken into small pieces of coal. After being crushded, the small coal could be unloaded very well. The crushing process was continuous and reliable, and manual intervention was not needed.
