新型矿井移动式局部降温技术及应用

New mine mobile local cooling technology and application

  • 摘要: 针对矿井采掘工作面的高温现象,结合矿井采掘方式和采煤工艺过程,分析了矿井产生热害的原因,提出了新型移动式井下局部降温技术,介绍了TS-300B型移动式局部制冷降温系统工作原理,即利用井下巷道的冷却空气,通过制冷、压缩以及冷凝等措施将热量传递给冷却水,并通过通风机将冷风吹向工作面,冷热交换不断循环,从而达到降低采掘进工作面高温。通过在郑州李粮店煤矿的应用实践表明,根据检测现场降温前后的参数比较,该移动式井下局部降温技术降温效果明显,采掘工作面的温度可降低至26℃左右,相对湿度也相应降低了10%~20%,有利于消除矿井热害,符合井下安全生产的要求。

     

    Abstract: According to the high temperature phenomenon occurred in mining and excavation working faces in mine,in combination with mining and excavation method of mine and coal mining technical process,the paper analyzed the causes of thermal disaster occurred in mine and provided the new mobile local cooling technology in min e. The paper introduced working principle of TS- 300 B mode mobile local refrigeration and cooling system. With cooling air of mine roadway,the refrigeration,compression, cooling and other measures were applied to pass heat to cooling water. And the ventilator was applied to blow cooling air to working face and to make continuous circulatio n of cool and heat exchange. Thus the high temperature of mining and excavation working face could be reduced. The application practice in Zhengzhou Liliangdian Mine s howed that according to parameter comparison of detection site before and after temperature cooling,the cooling effect of mine mobile local cooling technology was obviou s,the temperature of mining and excavation working face could be reduced to about 26。C and the relative humidity also could be reduced by 10% ~ 20% relevantly. The tec hnology would be favorable to eliminate mine thermal disaster and could meet the requirements of safety production in mine.
