迈步分体式超前支护支架的研制与应用

Development and Application of Step-Separation Advanced Support

  • 摘要: 针对综采工作面回风巷顶板采用传统单体支柱支护方式落后的现状,根据中煤能源集团平朔矿区的地质特点,研究开发了ZFDC26500/22/43型迈步分体式超前支护支架组,该支架采用中置式窄型四连杆机构降低了阻风面积,采用邻架电液控制和迈步推移方式实现超前支架机械化推移,设计三维空间自由旋转度旋转的特殊防倒机构,提高了支架可靠性。工业性试验结果表明:该支架很好地控制了回风巷出口30 m的围岩变形,较好地保持了回风巷出口断面的完整性,完全取代了传统的单体支柱支护,为工人和行车设备提供了安全作业空间。

     

    Abstract: Due to the backwardness of traditional individual prop used for advanced support roof in return airway roof in fully-mechanized coal face, and according to the geological characteristics of Pingshuo Mining Area in China Coal Energy Group, step-separation advanced support group of ZFDC26500/22/43 was developed. T he four-bar linkage system of support group reduced the area of wind resistance, the mechanical move of support group realized by the use of electro-hydraulic control system and step forward. The stability of support group was increased, the system of prevention falling which could rotate in three-dimensional space was designed. Th e application showed that the surrounding rock deformation of return airway was well controlled by the support group, and the integrity of roadway could be well maintai ned. By the usage of support group, the traditional individual prop support could be substituted, and safety space for workers and equipments could be supplied.
