深井复合顶板回采巷道支护技术研究

Study on complex roof support technology of mining gateway in deep mine

  • 摘要: 为解决深井复合顶板回采巷道难以支护的问题,以谢一矿4671B4工作面-600 m水平回风巷为研究背景,分析了深井大断面复合顶板回采巷道围岩变形破坏特点,认为受高地应力和回采动压影响,各层顶板极易发生离层,且高帮变形影响顶板的稳定,由此提出了高强全长树脂锚固预应力锚杆支护系统控制对策,同时配用自行设计的低稠度树脂锚固剂,实现了树脂全长锚固,结合自制的光纤光栅测力锚杆,分析了巷道掘进过程中树脂全长锚固锚杆受力特征。工程实践表明,全长锚固锚杆沿锚杆全长均产生较强的黏聚力,能有效控制复合层状顶板的离层变形,保持巷道围岩稳定。

     

    Abstract: In order to solve the difiultsupport problems of the mining gateway with the complex of in a deep mine shaft.based on the6o』 m level ar returning gateway in No.467134 coal mining face of Xiyi Mine as a study background,.the paper had an analysis on the defomation falre features fthe surounding rocks aongthe large cross section mining gateway with the complex of in the deep mine.wih the infuences of the high ground tress and mining dynamic pressure each rof would eaily cause the bed separation and the high sidewal feformation woud ifuence the stability of the roof.Therefore a control countermeasure of the high strengthand fil engthresin pre- stress bot suppor system was prowided and the selfdesigned low densityresin anchoring cardge appied.,Aresin ill length anchoring was elized. n combinaton with the sef made optical fier and optical grating dynamomery bolt.the stress features of the res n ll length anchoring bot vere analyzed during the heading process of the mining gateway.The engineering practices showed that thefall lngth of thefill anchoring resin bolt could cause a strong adhesion for:e.could effectively conrol the bed separation deformation of the complex roof and could keep the stability of the surounding rocks along the mining gateway
