活性焦烟气脱硫影响因素研究

  • 摘要: 为获得影响活性焦脱硫效率的因素条件,采用实验室自制活性焦固定床吸附烟气脱硫装置进行了模拟烟气脱硫试验,研究了床层温度、氧气浓度、水蒸气浓度、空速以及活性焦的再生次数等对活性焦脱硫效率和硫容的影响。试验结果表明:当床层温度80℃、氧气体积分数3%~4%、水蒸气体积分数12%、空速2 500 h-1时,活性焦的脱硫效率和硫容达到最大,分别为93.7%和4.9%;活性焦再生次数小于4时,活性焦的脱硫率变化不大,继续再生,活性焦脱硫效率下降明显。

     

    Abstract: In order to obtain the factors affected flue gas desulfurization of activated coke, the simulated experiment of flue gas desulfurization was carried out in a fixed-bed adsorption column packed with activated coke made by our laboratory.The authors studied the influence of bed temperature, oxygen concentration, steam con centration, space velocity and regeneration times of the activated coke on the desulfurization efficiency and sulfur capacity of the activated coke.The results showed tha t when the bed temperature was 80。C,the oxygen concentration was between 3% to 4%, the steam concentration was 12% and the space velocity was 2 500 h-1, the d esulfurization efficiency and sulfur capacity of the activated coke reached the best values which were 93.7% and 4. 9% respectively.When the regeneration times of the activated coke was less than four, the change of the desulfurization rate of the activated coke was relatively small.The desulfurization rate of the activated coke would d ecrease greatly when the regeneration times were more than four.
