溢流分流两段旋流器分选分级效果试验研究

Experimental study on effect of separation and classification of two-stage cyclone with overflow shunting

  • 摘要: 基于多溢流管旋流器的概念,结合前人对煤泥旋流重选柱的研究,开发了一种新型两段旋流器分选分级装置,一段溢流经分流后一部分直接由一段溢流管排出,另一部分沿切线由侧溢流出口进入二段旋流器进行再一次分级,可一次给料同时实现一段底流排矸,二段底流出精煤,一、二段溢流排细泥的目的。以麻家梁选煤厂粒度-3 mm煤泥为研究对象,分别对一段溢流管插入深度和侧溢流连接口径进行了试验研究。结果表明:以上试验条件对该装置的分选分级效果均有显著影响,要保证一段分选分级效果,溢流管插入深度不能超过套筒深度;过大的连接口径会造成二段底流精煤灰分偏高和二段旋流器分级性能下降。

     

    Abstract: Based on the concept of multi overflow pipe cyclone and combined with the study on cyclone column separator, a new type of separating and classifying two-stage cyclone device was designed.A part of the overflow flows directly from the upper overflow pipe, the other part flows from the side of the overflow outlet along the tangent line into the second section of the cyclone for again grading.The side overflow separation and classification through just one feed can achieve the goal of di scharging stones from the underflow of the first section, fine coal from the underflow of the second section and fine mud from overflow of the first section as well as the second section together at the same time. Taking the-3 mm coal slime of Majaliang Coal Preparation Plant as the research object, the insertion depth of overflow pipe a nd side overflow connection caliber studies were tested respectively.The results show that, the above test conditions have significant effects on the classification and se paration of the device.To ensure the effect of separation and classification of the device, the depth of the overflow pipe should not be more than the depth of the sleeve, and large connection caliber will cause the higher ash of the second underflow and decrease the classification performance of the second stage cyclone.
