Abstract: In order to make the regulations and standards of the coal industry with more rationality and operationally and to quickly eliminate the ambiguous or antil ogy and other condition of some clauses affected to the safety production of the coal mine, in combination with the production practices of the coal mine, a deep analysi s and study was conducted on the definition of the seam outburst danger, gas drainage target, downward borehole pressure measurement and other several valuable di scussed problems in the regulations and standards of the coal industry. In combination with the practical cases, the improvement proposals were provided on the some clauses in the regulations and standards of the coal industry in order to provide the references to the late revision on the regulations and standards.
