  • 摘要: 为实现国内首例大直径救生孔的施工成孔,研究了国内大直径钻孔和国外大直径救生孔主要工艺、技术,针对平邑石膏矿区采空区持续坍塌易埋钻、过溶洞含水层、过易斜地层等极其复杂的成孔条件,研究实施了Φ711 mm大直径潜孔锤钻进技术、空气反循环工艺、钻孔防偏保直等关键工艺与技术,同时对地层坍塌、工作管变形等提出了针对性解决方法,经实践可知,大直径救生孔成功建造,可为国内钻孔救生的实现提供经验参考。

     

    Abstract: In order to realize a first domestic construction drilling of a large diameter rescue borehole, the paper researched the major technique and technology of the domestic large diameter drilling borehole and the overseas large diameter rescue borehole. According to the extremely complicated pore forming conditions, such as the continuous collapse leading to bury drill,trough the karst cave aquifer and trough the prone stratum in the goaf of Pingyi Gypsum Mining Area, the ø711 mm large diameter DTH hammer drilling technology, the air reverse circulation process, the borehole deviation prevention and vertical control and other technique and technology were studied and implemented. Meanwhile, accordantly the solutions were provided to the surface ground subsidence and working pipeline deformation and others. The practices showed that the successful construction of the large diameter rescue borehole could provide the experience references to realize the rescue with the domestic large diameter boreholes.
