斜井揭煤综合防突技术研究与应用

Study and Application on Comprehensive Outburst Prevention and Control Technology for Seam Opening in Mine Inclined Shaft

  • 摘要: 针对马依西一井北回风斜井在穿过19号煤层过程中的瓦斯异常情况,为防止煤与瓦斯突出,通过采取钻场交叉钻孔抽采瓦斯、注浆加固揭煤点井筒周围煤体、过煤门时利用金属骨架加固控制煤层顶板并配合小断面震动爆破综合防突技术实现了安全揭煤,揭煤点的瓦斯压力从1.52 MPa降到0.38 MPa,瓦斯含量从14.3 m3/t降到4.8 m3/t,未超过国家和该矿区的临界值,有效地消除了揭煤过程的突出危险性,缩短了揭煤工期,确保了矿井的安全高效生产。

     

    Abstract: According to the special gas abnormal conditions occurred when north inclined air returning shaft of Mayixi No. 1 Mine passing through No.19 seam,in 0 rder to prevent coal and gas outburst,gas drainage with the cross boreholes in drilling field,coal mass surrounded the mine shaft at the seam opening location reinforce d with grouting,the seam roof controlled and reinforced with the metal framework when the construction operation passing through the coal crosscut and the comprehen sive outburst prevention technology with a small cross vibration blasting were applied to realize the safety seam opening. The gas pressure at the seam opening locatio n was reduced from 1. 52 MPa to0. 38 MPa,the gas content was reduced from 14. 3 m3/ t to 4.8 m3/ t,and both were not over the national and the mine critical value. T he outburst danger in the seam opening process was effectively eliminated,the seam opening period was reduced and the mine safety and high efficient production was ensured.
