全液压坑道钻机定向装置设计与试验研究

摘要: 为了满足煤矿井下钻进装备长距离定向钻进的需要,通过摩擦盘参数计算及结构设计,设计煤矿坑道钻机用摩擦盘式定向装置。运用有限元仿真,对定向装置工作过程中摩擦片的应力场进行数值模拟,得到定向装置主、被动摩擦片的应力分布及转矩数值。通过室内试验和现场工业性试验进一步验证定向装置的可靠性,室内型式试验结果修正了模型中的摩擦因数,为定向装置结构设计提供了重要理论依据。现场工业试验结果表明:设计的摩擦盘式定向装置制动效果良好,工具面向角控制精确,为煤矿井下长距离定向钻进施工提供了可靠保障。Abstract: In order to meet the needs of the long-distance oriental drilling for coal mine drilling equipment, the oriental device of friction plate was designed in tunn el drill rig through the friction parameter calculation and structure design. The braking device in the process of work stress field was simulated by the finite element sim ulation, and achieved the stress distribution of the device's active and passive friction plate and torque values. The reliability of oriental device was proved by laborator y simulation experiment and field industrial experiment. The friction coefficient in the model was modified by the laboratory simulation experiment result. This verificatio n friction coefficient could provide the theoretical basis for oriental device structure design. The field experiment results showed that the design of oriental device could satisfy the braking requirements, and the tool face angle could be accurately controlled. The research results provided guarantee of long-distance directional drilling Co nstruction in coal mine.
