Abstract: In order to improve the spontaneous combustion prevention and contral in the mining goaf and the emergency handling capacity to prevent special large gas explosion accident occurred in the mine, the paper pointed out that a mine spontaneous combustion prevention and control idea with' no spontaneous combustion 0 ccurred in the mining goaf"and the disaster rescue idea'the safety of the emergency handling on the spontaneous combustion in the mining goaf could highly improve'sh ould be established.During the spontaneous combustion prevention and control and the disaster rescue period, the prediction and early warning and the analysis on the easy neglected spontaneous combustion status in the mining goaf should be enhanced, and the fire prevention and extinguishing measures and the sealing time node 0 f the spontaneous combustion goaf should be well conducted.The preventive fire prevention and extinguishing measures and the goaf inerting should be in advance and effectively conducted.Once the spontaneous combustion situation getting worse, all personnel should be timely withdrawn and a long-term maintenance and repair on th e goaf sealing should be specially noted.
