分散剂对褐煤水煤浆稳定性的影响研究

Study on dispersant affected to stability of lignite coal water slurry

  • 摘要: 为进一步提高褐煤水煤浆的稳定性,利用Turbiscan Lab稳定性分析仪研究了萘系分散剂与木质素系分散剂对褐煤水煤浆稳定性的影响。结果表明,褐煤水煤浆的稳定性指数TSI值均较小,稳定性良好,沉降过程中煤粒间的聚结会降低水煤浆的稳定性,添加木质素系分散剂后制备的褐煤水煤浆,分层厚度减小,沉降速率降低,颗粒团聚现象减弱,稳定性优于单独使用萘系分散剂。Turbiscan Lab稳定性分析仪实现了对水煤浆稳定性的实时分析,对分散剂的选择与应用提供了技术参考。

     

    Abstract: In order to further improve stability of lignite coal water slurry,Turbiscan Lab stability analyzer was applied top study naphthalene series dispersant and ligni n series dispersant affected to stability of lignite coal water mixture. The results showed that stability index TSI values of lignite coal water slurry were all small and stability was excellent. During the settling process,coalescence between coal particles could reduce stability of coal water slurry. The lignite coal water slurry was prepared after lig nin series dispersant added,the thickness of slicing would be reduced,the settling speed would be reduced, the agglomerate phenomenon of particles would be weaken and stability would be better than only application of naphthalene series dispersant. The Turbiscan Lab stability analyzer could realize real time analysis on stability of coal wat er slurry and could provide technical references to selection and utilization of dispersant.
