乳化液浓度在线检测技术现状及前景分析

Analysis on status and prospects on online detection technology of emulsion concentration

  • 摘要: 为提高乳化液浓度在线检测精度,阐述了乳化液浓度在线检测技术的研究现状,对比分析了常用检测方法的技术原理、检测方案、优缺点,总结了该技术的产业化现状,提出了一种基于高精度密度计的乳化液浓度在线检测方法,并对该方法的产业化前景进行展望。结果表明:密度法乳化液浓度传感器在测试精度、测量结果重复一致性、产品稳定性方面具有明显优势,对于福斯ME10-4型乳化油和极索MS10-5(G)型乳化油,密度法浓度测量绝对精度分别达到0.25%和0.10%,已通过井下工业性试验,效果良好。

     

    Abstract: in order to improve the onine detecion accuracy of the emulsion concentration.the paper stated the stucy statuson theonline detection tfechnology of he emulsion concentration.comparison analysis on the technical principle,detecion plan and advantage and disadvanage of the conventional dete ction method and summarized the industiaized status of the technolog;.T'he paper provided the onine delection method based on a high accurate densimer and had an oulook o the industralized prospects of the method.The resulis showed that the density method with the emulsion concentration sensorcoula have repeated cosistency in the detecton accuracy and measured resuits The stability of the products could have obious advantages.The concentration measured absouite accuracy ofthe density method coud be 0.25% an .10% indicely for Fuchs ME10-4 emusion oil and Geso MS10-5( G) erulsio oi. An underground mine industrial ral waspassed with an excellent effect.
