新型水炮泥降低爆破烟尘的试验

Experiment on New Water Stemming to Reduce Blasting Smoke and Dust

  • 摘要: 为解决水炮泥爆破降烟尘效果不佳的问题,通过在水炮泥中加入一定的添加剂,研制了一种新型水炮泥,对添加剂中的主要成分进行了润湿性试验、表面张力试验、降毒性试验。试验结果显示加入一定量的添加剂后,可以达到提高浸润速度、降低溶液的表面张力、去除氮氧化物等有毒有害物质的效果;设计了添加剂在水炮泥袋中的添加方案和制作工艺,并进行了对比试验,结果显示加入添加剂后水炮泥爆破全尘降尘率提高了40%以上。

     

    Abstract: In order to solve the poor blasting smoke and dust control effect problems of the water stemming, with a certain additives to the water stemming, a new water stemming was researched and developed. The moisture test, the surface tension test and the toxicity reduction test was conducted on the main composition of the additives.The test results showed that with certain additives added, the moisture speed could be improved, the surface tension of the liquid would be reduced and the ni tric oxides and other toxic and harmful material could be removed.The adding plan and manufacturing of additives to water stemming was designed and the comparison test was conducted.The results showed that with the additives added, the blasting total dust control rate of the water stemming improved over 40%.
