煤矿巷道喷涂柔膜技术及适用性

Spray-on membrane technology and its applicability in coal mine roadways

  • 摘要: 结合锚杆支护中常规金属网、喷射混凝土护表存在的问题,提出喷涂柔膜技术( 简称喷膜)。总结了喷膜技术的发展过程和国内外研究现状。开展了喷膜在不同养护期的拉伸性能测试,分析了材料的拉伸应力-应变关系,揭示了喷膜材料承载响应快、变形能力大的力学特性,进而确定了一种适用于煤矿巷道的非反应型聚合物水泥基喷膜材料。通过直接拉拔法,测试了喷膜与红砂岩基体的法向黏结性能,结果显示破坏均发生于基体内部,表明喷膜与基体之间具有良好的黏结强度。开展了喷膜的块体承载能力测试,分析了喷膜承载的不同阶段,获得了被测喷膜的线性承载能力指标,基于所获得的指标对喷膜的块体承载能力进行了评估,认为喷膜理论上具有强大的块体承载能力。基于煤矿巷道工程特点,探讨了喷膜潜在的围岩封闭、金属支护构件封闭、注浆时壁面封闭等密闭作用,在承载及时性、承载能力、变形能力、与围岩表面贴合性、施工性能、结构性作用、密闭性能等方面,对喷膜与网、喷射混凝土开展了详细的对比分析,认为喷膜在大多数指标中表现优异,尤其在施工方面具有明显优势。进一步讨论了喷膜在煤矿巷道锚杆支护中应用的原则,分析了喷膜在锚杆支护中的功能定位和不能适用的3 种典型工程条件,为喷膜在煤矿巷道锚杆支护中的应用提供了参考。

     

    Abstract: Spray-on membrane was proposed and introduced based on the analysis of problems of conventional mesh and shotcrete in bolting. The development and current research situation of spray-on membrane was summarized. The tensile stress-strain relationship of the membrane was analyzed through the tensile performance in different curing periods,indicting that the mechanical characteristics of the membrane was fast load-bearing response and large deformation capacity.Furthermore a non-reactive polymer cement-based spray-on membrane suitable for coal mine roadways was determined. The normal adhesion performance of the membrane to red sandstone substrate was tested through the direct pulling test,in which the failure occurred inside the substrate indicating the good adhesion between the membrane and the rock substrate. The different stages of load bearing was analyzed and the linear loading capacity of the membrane was calculated through the block supporting test. It is believed that the tested membrane has a good loading capacity based on the evaluation of its block supporting. Potential roles in sealing the rock surface and metal supporting parts,as well as the use of blocking the rock surface while grouting was discussed based on the engineering characteristics of coal mine roadways. A detailed comparison of sprayed-on membrane and mesh as well as shotcrete was carried out in terms of bearing timeliness,bearing capacity,deformation capacity,adhesion to the rock surface,construction performance,structural effect,and airtight performance. According to the analysis,it is believed that spray-on membranes perform well in most indicators,especially in terms of construction,which has obvious advantages. The principle of spray-on membranes’ application in bolting of coal mine roadways was discussed. The function positioning as well as the three typical engineering situations which was not suitable for spray-on membranes in bolting support was analyzed. The research could provide a reference for the application of spray-on membranes in the bolting support of coal mine roadways.
