  • 摘要: 为了推动智能瓦斯抽采技术发展,提高煤矿安全保障能力,从瓦斯抽采全过程少人化或无人化角度,阐述了智能瓦斯抽采的精准感知、自决策、自执行、自适应、自学习等5个方面特征,提出了包含功能和技术2个维度的智能瓦斯抽采体系结构,功能维度上涵盖瓦斯抽采所有环节,技术维度上包含单机智能、机组智能和集成智能3个层次,体现了智能瓦斯抽采技术的发展迭代过程;设计了智能瓦斯抽采总体架构,由感知控制层、传输层、数据层、应用层等4个层面和信息标准、信息安全等2个体系构成;最后,从动态透明瓦斯地质、抽采钻孔智能设计、打钻-增透-封孔机器人、抽采系统智能调控与诊断、抽采达标自动评判等5个方面对智能瓦斯抽采关键支撑技术进行了探讨,分析了关键技术向精准、高效、智能方向发展的趋势,提出了抽采钻孔差异化智能设计和抽采达标多层递进动态评判等解决策略,并给出了谢桥煤矿“三人五台一组”自动钻机集中控制协同作业、霍尔辛赫煤矿抽采管网自动调控、新元煤矿抽采达标在线评判等典型应用案例,为煤矿智能瓦斯抽采技术研究和建设实践提供了有益参考。

     

    Abstract: In order to promote the development of intelligent gas drainage technology and improve coal mine safety assurance capabilities, five characteristics of intelligent gas extraction were described: precise perception, self-decision making, self-execution, self-adaptation and self-learning, from the perspective of less or no people in the whole process of gas drainage. An intelligent gas drainage system structure including two dimensions of function and technology were proposed. The functional dimension covers all aspects of gas drainage; and the technical dimension includes three levels: stand-alone intelligence, unit intelligence and integrated intelligence, which reflects the iterative process of the intelligent gas drainage technology. The overall architecture of intelligent gas drainage was designed, which consists of four levels: perception control layer, transmission layer, data layer, application layer and two systems including information standard and information security. Finally, the key supporting technologies for intelligent gas drainage were discussed from five aspects: dynamic and transparent gas geology, intelligent design of drainage borehole, drilling-penetration-sealing robots, intelligent control and diagnosis of gas drainage systems, and automatic dynamic evaluation of drainage standard.The development trend of key technologies towards precision, efficiency and intelligence was analyzed.Solution strategies such as differentiated intelligent design of drainage boreholes and multi-layer progressive dynamic evaluation of drainage reaching standards were provided.Typical application cases such as the centralized control and coordinated operation of the "three-person and five-unit" automatic drilling rig in Xieqiao Coal Mine, the automatic control of the extraction pipe network of Huoerxinghe Coal Mine, and the online evaluation of the drainage standard of Xinyuan Coal Mine were given. It provides a useful reference for the research of intelligent gas drainage technology and the practice of system construction.
