绳索取心工艺对煤层气损失时间的影响分析

Analysis on Wire- Rope Coring Technique Affected to Lost Time of Coal Bed Methane

  • 摘要: 为减小绳索取心工艺对损失时间计算带来的误差,通过对提心速度、样品所处压力、解吸速度与提心时间的关系进行了函数计算,得出了利用恒定转速绞车进行绳索取心过程中的损失时间与提心时间、绞车转轮半径、绞车转速、储层深度、暴露时间之间的关系公式。结果表明:利用该公式计算损失时间可修正因绞车转轮半径变化带来的误差,约占原损失时间的5%~10%。在煤层深度为1 000 m、提心时间为20 min、绞车取心前后半径比为1∶3的条件下,损失时间修正误差约2 min。同时也减小了损失气量及含气量的计算误差,提高了试验数据的准确性。

     

    Abstract: In order to reduce the calculation error of the lost time by the wire-line core technique, with the function calculation conducted on the relationship betwee n the core lifting speed, the pressure in the sample, the desorption speed and the core lifting time, the relationship formula between the core lifting time, radius of the wi nchtire, revolution of winch, depth of the coal reservoir, exposure time and the lost during the wire-line core process with the constant speed winch was obtained.The re sults showed that the lost time calculated with the formula could revise the error caused by the radius of the winch tire and the error would be taken 5% to 10% of the or iginal lost time.Under the conditions when the seam depth was 1 000 m, the core lifting time was 20 min and the radius ratio of winch before and after the core lifting wa s 1 :3, the revised error of the lost time would be about 2 min.Meanwhile the gas value lost and calculated error of the gas content could be reduced and the accuracy of the experiment data could be improved.
