强触变性水泥基浆液研发及基本性能测定

Development of strong thixotropic cement slurry and determination of its basic properties

  • 摘要: 为治理采空区灾害,提出采用强触变性浆液局部充填等精细化治理解决方案,强触变性浆液在流速极低或静置情况下能够快速失去流动性而呈现似固体状,可在大空洞采空区中流动范围有限并大角度堆积自立,在采空区治理工程中展现了很好的应用前景和实用价值。为了系统研究触变性水泥基浆液用于采空区充填治理的适用性,从强触变性水泥基浆液研发出发,开展了浆液稳定性、触变性、流变性及结石体强度特性等基本性能测定,并对其进行了概述;提出了触变系数的概念,弥补了触变指数、触变环法表征触变性随静置时间迅速增大的工程浆液触变性的不足。结果表明,所研发触变性水泥基浆液配比合理,成本低于120元/m3,触变性能突出,在1∶5的灰沙质量比下,结石体15 d单轴抗压强度超过1 MPa,满足充填堆积体强度要求。

     

    Abstract: In order to govern goaf disaster,the refinement local filling method with strong thirotropic slurry is provided. The strong thixotropic slurry can quickly lose its fluidity and appear solid state in the condition of very low velocity or static,and that shows good application prospect and practical value. In order to systematically study the applicability of thixotropic cement slurry for goaf filling,the basic properties of slurry stability,thixotropy,rheology and the strength of stone body of these slurry were measured. The concept of thixotropic coefficient was put forward,the defects of the thixotropic index and thixotropic annular method were remedied when the thixotropic index or thixotropic annular method was used to characterize the engineering slurry that the thixotropy is sensitive to static time. The results show that the ratio of the thixotropic cement slurry is reasonable,the cost is less than 120 RMB/m3,the thixotropy is outstanding,the 15 d uniaxial compressive strength of the stone body under the 1∶5 ash sand ratio is more than 1 MPa,which meets the strength requirement of the filling accumulation body.
