U型钢支架-围岩应力耦合装置试验研究

Experimental Research on Coupling Device of U- Steel Support- Surrounding Rock Stress

  • 摘要: 针对U型钢支架在实际工程应用中存在被动支护、支护阻力滞后、结构受力不均等问题,研究了一种U型钢支架-围岩应力耦合装置,从其结构形式、作用机理和工作特性进行了试验分析。结果表明:该耦合装置能使围岩与支架结构二者形成共同的力学承载体系,在为围岩提供20~50 kN初撑力的同时,可实现围岩压力的均匀传递和让压减震作用,从而大幅度提高支架的承载能力和支护效果,可通过改变其结构刚度和尺寸设计不同支护要求的耦合装置。

     

    Abstract: According to the problems of the application in the practical engineering of the U-steel support such as passive support,supporting resistance offered hy steresis,nonuniform load stressed on the supporting structure,this paper designed,a U-steel support and surrounding rock stress coupling device,and its structure type, mechanizm and operating characteristics were researched by experiment. The results showed that the coupling device enabled the surrounding rock and support struct ure form a common mechanical bearing system,it could provide 20 ~ 50 kN setting load and uniform surrounding rock pressure, which greatly increased the bearing cap acity of U-steel support,and it had a certain yield and damping effect. Different support requirements of coupling device could be designed while changing its structural r igidity and size.
