煤粉工业锅炉刮板机性能分析及优化改造

Performance analysis and optimal modification for scraper chain conveyor of industrial pulverized coal boiler

  • 摘要: 为解决煤粉工业锅炉的刮板机工作效率低、运行不平稳、链条易损坏的缺点,分析了刮板机的结构特点,辨识出刮板机的刚度薄弱环节是销钉和刮板,采用理论计算和有限元仿真分析相结合的方法得到销钉和刮板分别能承受2.66×10~4N和2.93×10~4N的载荷。将原刮板机的单链结构修改为双链且在轨道内传动,将原来的两侧刮板修改为中间一整块刮板,优化后销钉和刮板的承载能力分别提高为改造前的3.24倍和2.34倍。改造后的刮板机工作效率更高且更稳定,长时间运行后也没有出现链条损坏的现象,有效保障了煤粉工业锅炉的安全稳定生产。

     

    Abstract: In order to solve the disadvantages of inefficiency, unstable running and easy damage of scraper chain conveyor of an industrial pulverized coal boiler, structural defects of the scraper chain conveyor were analyzed. The pin and the scraper were the stiffness weaknesses of the scraper chain conveyor. The loads that can be endured by pin and scraper were 2.66×104 N and 2.93×104 N respectively by using the method of combining theoretical calculation and finite element simulation. Structure of the scraper chain conveyor was optimized by modifying the original single-chain structure into double-chain structure, as well as modifying the original bilateral scrapers into a whole piece in the middle. The loads that can be endured by the optimized pin and scraper were 3.24 and 2.34 times of the original structure. The optimized scraper chain conveyor had advantages of high efficiency and stability, and no damage occurred after long time running. The optimized scraper chain conveyor effectively guaranteed the safe and stable production of the industrial pulverized coal boiler.
