混合煤质协同作用下煤尘爆炸火焰特性研究

Study on flame features of coal dust explosion under coordinated role of mixed coal qualities

  • 摘要: 为了研究不同煤质协同作用下煤尘爆炸火焰特性,采用水平玻璃管试验装置,对混合煤质煤尘爆炸火焰长度与火焰持续时间展开研究。结果表明:无烟煤与褐煤混合时,褐煤质量百分比达45%时对无烟煤起到协同爆炸作用,确定了混合煤尘爆炸火焰特性波动敏感区,该类爆炸属于"逆向协同爆炸",肥煤、贫煤与褐煤混合爆炸也属于此类爆炸;长焰煤与褐煤混合爆炸特性曲线中出现"波峰",这是由混合煤粉分子表面活性自由基种类增多导致的,该类爆炸属于"正向协同爆炸"。无烟煤对贫煤、肥煤、长焰煤均起到抑制焰体发展作用,贫煤与无烟煤混合比肥煤与无烟煤混合火焰更长,但火焰持续时间较短,这是由于局部缺氧导致焰体过早破裂。

     

    Abstract: In order to study the flame of coal dust explosion under the coordinated role of different coal qualities, a level glass tube experiment device was applied t 0 study the flame length features and the flame sustained time features of the mixed coal quality dust explosion.The results showed that when the anthracite coal mixed with the lignite, the lignite with a percentage of 45% in quantity would play a coordinated explosion role to the anthracite coal. The flame feature fluctuation sensitive zo ne of the mixed coal dust explosion was determined and this type explosion was a " reversed coordinated explosion". The fat coal, lean coal and lignite mixed explosion would be the type explosion. In the features curve of the long flame coal and lignite mixed explosion, there would be a " wave crest" occurred and was occurred by the surface active free radical of the mixed coal dust molecular increased. This type explosion was a " forward coordinated explosion".The anthracite coal could play a restr ained flame development role to the lean coal, fat coal and long flame coal. The lean coal and anthracite coal mixed would have a flame longer than the fat coal and ant hracite coal, but the flame sustained time would be short and this was due to partial oxygen shortage cause the flame fractured too early.
