不同水平应力作用下巷道围岩破坏特征研究

Study on Failure Features of Surrounding Rock in Mine Gateway Under Different Horizontal Stress

  • 摘要: 为掌握不同水平应力作用下巷道围岩破坏特征,通过相似模拟试验方法研究了锚网索喷+U型钢支护巷道在不同水平应力作用下巷道围岩的变形和破坏特征。结果表明:随着水平应力的提高,巷道的变形先出现在拱肩和底角,围岩裂隙经历了产生—延伸—贯通的过程,巷道两帮的破坏程度小于顶底板的破坏程度,当侧压系数达到1.6,水平应力为28.0 MPa时,巷道底板出现滑移剪切破坏,且U型钢支架变形明显,当侧压系数达到2.2、水平应力为38.5 MPa时巷道变形量最大,达120 mm。

     

    Abstract: In order to control the failure features of the surrounding rock in mine gateway under different horizontal stress, a simulation test method with similar mat erial was applied to study the deformation and failure features of the gateway surrounding rock in a bolt I steel mesh 1 anchor 1 shotcreting + U type steel support gatew ay under different horizontal stress. The results showed that with the horizontal stress increased, the gateway deformation was firstly occurred in the arch abutment and floor corner, the cracking of the surrounding rock had an occurrence-expanding-breakthrough process and a failure degree of the gateway sidewalls was lower than the failure degree of the roof and floor. When a side pressure coefficient was 1. 6 and a horizontal stress was 28. 0 MPa, a sliding shear failure was occurred in the floor of the mine gateway and the obvious deformation occurred on the U type steel support. When the side pressure cofficient was 2.2 and the horizontal stress was 38.5 M Pa, the deformation value of mine gateway would be the max 120 mm.
