典型整合矿井煤自燃标志气体判定

Judgment on Signs of Gas for Coal Spontaneous Combustion in Typical Integrated Mine

  • 摘要: 针对马营煤矿开采区内被原小煤矿破坏的区块数量多,漏风严重等典型整合矿井出现的问题,选取9号煤层煤样进行了煤自然发火气体产物模拟试验,分析了CO、烯烃、烷烃、炔烃的产生规律,进行了煤自燃预测预报技术研究。结果表明:CO出现在61℃左右,预测的温度范围在61~175℃;C2H4出现在165℃左右,标志着煤进入加速氧化阶段;C3H6出现在216℃左右,标志着煤进入激烈氧化阶段;C2H2产生在486℃左右,表明煤已出现明火或阴燃,采取措施时须谨慎。φ(C2H4)/φ(C2H6)可以作为预测煤自然发火进程的标志气体,φ(C3H8)/φ(C2H6)可以作为辅助标志。

     

    Abstract: According to many damage zones in Maying Mine mining area damaged by previous small mines, serious ventilation leakage and other problems occurr ed in the typical integrated mine, coal samples collected from No. 9 coal seam were applied to the gas product simulation experiment of the coal spontaneous combusti on. The generation laws of CO, alkene, alkane and alkyne were analyzed, the prediction and forecast technology of the coal spontaneous combustion was conducted. T he results showed that CO would appear at about 61。C and the predicted temperature scope would be 61 ~ 175 °C. C 2 H 4 would appear at about 165 °C, which indica ted the coal was in an oxidation acceleration stage. C 3 H 6 would appear at about 216 °C, which indicated the coal in a violent oxidation stage. C 2 H 2 would generate at about 486。C, which indicted the coal with open fire or smoldering and the measures should be taken carefully. The φ( C2H 4)/φ( C 2 H 6) could be the signs of ga S in the coal spontaneous combustion process. Theφ(C3H8)/φ(C2 H 6) could be the auxiliary signs of gas to predict the coal spontaneous combustion process.
