煤田露头火区标志性气体确定的试验研究及应用

Experiment study and application of indicated gas determination to fire area in outcrop of coalfield

  • 摘要: 为了研究煤田露头火区标志性气体及其与火区温度的关系,制作了煤田露头火区试验装置。在该试验条件上,提出焦煤在自燃升温期的30~130、130~190及190℃以上3个区间时,分别以CO、C2H4、C2H2作为标志性气体;在阴燃稳定期,以CO作为标志性气体;在窒息降温期的300~160℃及160℃以下时,分别以C2H6和CO作为标志性气体;分析了格氏火灾系数R2判别火区发展状况的可行性,拟合出了标志性气体浓度与火区温度以及R2与火区温度的关系方程。结果表明,煤田露头火区标志性气体的种类与采空区自燃火区的基本相同,但其产生的最低温度不同,即煤体吸附气体出现的最低温度较高,而煤体氧化气体出现的最低温度较低;依据关系方程和R2,可以方便地预测煤田露头火区的温度和发展状况。

     

    Abstract: in order to study the relationship between the indicated gas and the fire area temperature in the fie area of the outcrop of coafeld,a fire area experiment device of the cutcropof the c alield was prepared.Based on the experiment.the paper proposed the sponianeous combustion heating period for coing withthe temoerture of 0~130、130~190 and over 190 ℃ and the indicated gases were CO、C2H4and C2H2 respectively.During a modering combustion stabilied period,Co would be the indicated gas. During the suficaion and temperature reduction period.when the tenperature was 300 ~ 160 ℃ and below 150 C.C2H6 and Co coubd be the indicated gas indiduay .T'he paper analzed the fe astbility of crignard fre disaster coricient R,2 to distinguish the development staus ofthe fre rea and a relatinship equation betwieen the indicated gas concentraton and the fre temperature as well a R2 and fre area temperature was ftied.The resuts showed that th tpe ofthe indicated gas in the fie area of the coaffeld outcrop would be bascally the same to the spontaneous combusion area in the goaf but the lowestemperature ocured would be diferent.the lowest temperature of the coal absoption gas would be high and the lowest temperature cal oxidized gas would below. Based on the relationequation and R2,the temperature and development status of the outcrop fire area in the coalfield could be easily predicted.
