Mine Strata Pressure Bumping Prevention and Control Technology with Hard Roof Weakening Blast for Fully Mechanized Top Coal Caving Mining Face

  • 摘要: 为了防止综放工作面尾巷冲击地压的发生,基于忻州窑煤矿11号煤层综放工作面的赋存和开采技术条件,经研究确定对尾巷煤柱坚硬顶板实施弱化爆破卸压技术,并利用数值模拟分析得出了合理的爆破参数。结果表明:炮孔水平投影距离达到2/3煤柱宽度时,炮孔可至应力集中区域,爆破卸压效果较好;炮眼间距为6 m时爆破裂隙能贯通,爆破效果优于间距8 m;通过顶板弱化爆破技术使煤柱内的应力降低了60%,有效防止了8935综放工作面尾巷冲击地压的发生。

     

    Abstract: In order to prevent the mine strata pressure bumping occurred in the tail gateway of the fully mechanized top coal caving mining face, based on the depo sition and mining technical conditions of the fully mechanized top coal caving mining face in No.11 seam in Xinzhouyao Mine, a pressure releasing blasting technology t 0 weaken the hard roof of the tail gateway was studied and applied.The numerical simulation was applied to analyze and obtain the rational blasting parameters.The res ults showed that when the borehole horizontal projection distance reached 2/3 of the coal pillar width, the borehole could reach the stress concentrated area and the bl asting pressure releasing role would be good.When the space distance between boreholes was 6 m, the blasting cracks would be connected and the blasting effect wou Id be better than the space distance of 8 m.The roof weakening technology could make the stress in coal pillar reduced by 60% and could effectively prevent the mine s trata pressure bumping occurred in the tail gateway of No.8935 fully mechanized top coal caving mining face.
