沿空掘巷工作面停采期煤自燃防治技术

Coal spontaneous combustion prevention technology in mining face of gateway driving along goaf during mining stop period

  • 摘要: 为有效防治沿空掘巷工作面回采期间煤自燃,在实验室测试并分析了32煤层自燃指标气体及临界值;采用UDEC软件对沿空掘巷遗留小煤柱的稳定性进行了分析,得出煤柱受到的最大垂直应力为12 MPa,垂直方向和水平方向最大位移分别为2.076、0.547 1 m;采用Fluent软件分析了受压小煤柱易自燃区域情况,得出小煤柱采空区侧方向25~75 m属于自燃氧化带的范围。根据分析结果采取了降低风量、指标气体监测点优化及安全预警临界值量化、采空区和小煤柱易自燃区域内埋管注三相泡沫为一体的煤炭自燃防治措施,工作面停采半年期间其上隅角支架后CO体积分数稳定在20×10-6左右,O2体积分数保持在18%,取得了较好的自燃防治效果。

     

    Abstract: In order to effectively prevent and control coal spontaneous combustion occurred during the mining period of the gateway drivingalong goaf,the spontaneou s combustion index gas and critical value of No.32 seam were tested and analyzed in the lab. The UDEC softwarewas applied to analyze the stability of the small coal pilla r left by the gateway driving along the goaf. The max vertical stress on the coal pil-lar was 12 MPa,the max displacement value in the vertical direction and horizontal direct ion was 2.076 and 0.547 1 m individually. TheFluent software was applied to analyze the easy spontaneous combustion area with less stressed coal pillars and at a directi on toward thegoaf 25 ~ 75 m of the small pillar was a spontaneous combustion oxidized zone scope. According to the analysis results,coal spontaneouscombustion prevent ion and control measures integrated with the ventilation air volume reduction,optimization of the index gas monitoringand measuring points and quantitative safety early wa rning critical value,three phase foam pipe buried in the goaf and small pllar sponta-neous combustion area were conducted. During the half year production stop period,CO volume fraction behind the powered support at theupper corner was stabilized at about 20x 10-6,02 volume fraction was kept at 18%,and a good spontaneous combustion prevention andcontrol effect was obtained.
