  • 摘要: 为了解决现有煤矿井下随钻测量装置探管的电池寿命、信号稳定性、电池环保等方面存在的问题,根据电流环的工作原理研制开发了基于外部供电的矿用随钻测量装置ZSZ1000,该装置可通过专用通缆钻杆同时对随钻测量装置探管进行供电和传输信号。在不同地质条件的多个煤矿进行工业性试验,试验证明该装置在各种钻孔轨迹的情况下都可以保证高可靠性运行,钻孔效率提高10%以上,每年每根探管节省千米定向钻机运行电池成本约25万元。

     

    Abstract: In order to solve the battery service life of the probe pipe, signal stability, battery environment protection and other problems of the available mine meas uring device with drilling, according to the working principle of the current loop, a mine measuring device ZSZ1000 with drilling was researched and developed based on the external electric power supply.The device with the special cable drilling pipe could make the electric power supply and signal transmission to the probe pipe of the measuring device with the drilling.The industrial trial of the device was conducted in several coal mines with different geological conditions.The trial showed that the de vice could ensure the high reliable operation under the conditions of the different borehole tracings, the borehole drilling efficiency was improved over 10% and the batt ery cost of one detecting pipe operated for the directional drilling rig could save about RMB 0.25 millions annually.
