  • 摘要: 针对煤矿井下干式钻孔粉尘污染问题,研究了集本质安全、轻便、小型于一体的新型矿用气动湿式孔口除尘器。在对影响除尘效果的主要因素进行试验分析研究的基础上,对关键动力元件,即空气引射器进行了系统深入的研究,并对除尘器的主要性能进行实验室和工业性试验,试验结果表明:该除尘器总粉尘除尘效率分别达99.1%和98.6%,呼吸性粉尘除尘效率分别达94.1%和93.2%,有效保障了矿井安全生产。

     

    Abstract: According to the dust pollution problems of the dry drilling in the underground mine, a new mine dust collector of the borehole collar with an integration 0 f intrinsic safe, light weight and small type was studied.Based on the experiment analysis and study on the main factors affected to the dust collection effect, a systemat ic study was conducted on the key power element-pneumatic ejector.A lab experiment and industrial experiment was conducted on the main performances of the dust C ollector.The experiment results showed that the total dust collection efficiency of the dust collector could reach at 99.1 % and 98.6% individually. The dust collection effici ency of the respirable dust could reach at 94. 1% and 93.2% individually.The mine safety production could effectively protected.
