新型中空注浆锚索及其在动压巷道中的应用

New hollow grouting anchor and application to dynamic pressure roadway

  • 摘要: 为了解决芦岭煤矿II82采区上山受剧烈动压影响、架棚支护效果差的问题,基于现场调研和锚杆轴力监测等手段,分析了锚索、锚杆的支护状况。结果表明:动压巷道中锚杆锚固力很容易衰减和丧失,52.6%的锚杆轴力都在40 k N以内;近70%的锚索出现锚具滑移的现象,使得锚杆锚索对U型钢支架的结构补偿效果差,架棚支护难以控制动压巷道的剧烈变形。为此,提出新型中空注浆锚索高压注浆加固破碎岩体,配合双层锚网喷支护控制巷道剧烈变形的方法,监测发现巷道在掘进30天后顶板基本趋于稳定,顶板下沉量为26 mm,两帮变形量72 mm,底鼓量不足100 mm,满足了现场使用要求。

     

    Abstract: In order to solve a rise affected by serious dynamic influences and poor frame shield support effect problems in No.1182 mining block of Luling Mine,based on the site investigation,bolt axial force monitoring and measuring and other means,the anchor and bolt support status were analyzed. The results showed that the bolt anc horing force in the dynamic roadway would be easily attenuated and lost and the 52. 6% axial force would be within 40 k N. Nearly 70% anchors would have the sliding phe nomenon of the anchor device. Thus the bolt and anchor would have a poor structure compensation effect to the U type steel support and the frame shield support would b e hard to control the serious deformation of the dynamic roadway. Therefore a method with the high pressure grouting of a new hollow grouting anchor applied to reinforce t he broken rock mass was provided and with the double layer steel mesh and shotcreting support,the high pressure grouting could control the serious deformation of the roa dway. After the 30 days of the roadway heading,the monitoring and measurement showed that the roof was in stable basically. The roof subsidence value was 26 mm,the d eformation value of the two sidewalls was 72 mm,the floor heave was less than 100 mm and the site application requirements could be met.
