液氮致裂煤体技术研究现状及展望

Study and prospection of liquid nitrogen fracturing coal technology

  • 摘要: 我国煤层气储层渗透率普遍较低,如何有效提高煤层透气性是目前煤层气开采的重点和难点。液氮致裂技术作为一种高效绿色的无水致裂技术,能够有效改善煤层透气性,提高煤层气的开采率。同时,还可有效节约水资源并避免水锁水敏伤害等问题。鉴于液氮致裂煤体技术的重要意义,相关学者对其进行了大量理论及试验研究。为明确液氮致裂煤体技术的研究进展及未来研究方向,综合分析了相关学者的研究成果,对水-冰相变冻胀力、液氮汽化膨胀力和温度应力诱发的煤基质收缩作用等主要作用机理进行讨论,特别深入分析了在含水煤体中起主要作用的水-冰相变冻胀力和在干燥煤体中起主要作用的温度应力。系统分析了液氮致裂煤体内部物理性质影响因素(含水率、煤体变质及胶结程度、节理等)和外部环境因素(温度梯度、液氮作用时间及循环次数、地应力等)的影响程度。归纳分析了循环注入低温、高温流体技术、液氮重复压裂技术、液氮气化压裂技术、低温流体压裂技术和液氮辅助压裂技术等液氮致裂增产工艺的现状及相关设备发展情况。对液氮致裂现场试验与应用情况进行了介绍,重点介绍液氮重复压裂技术和液氮伴注辅助水力压裂技术的试验流程及试验结果。最后进一步对从液氮致裂煤体主要作用机理、影响因素及现场试验与应用等3个方面目前的研究不足进行总结,并在此基础上对研究重点进行了展望。明确提出液氮致裂煤体技术今后的研究重点是综合机理及多影响因素的深入研究,最终目标是实现现场应用,提高煤层气抽采效率。

     

    Abstract: The permeability of coalbed methane reservoir is generally low in China. How to effectively improve the permeability of coal seam is the key and difficult point of coalbed methane exploitation.Liquid nitrogen fracturing technology can effectively improve the permeability of coal seam, and then improve the exploitation rate of coalbed methane.At the same time, as an efficient and green anhydrous cracking technology, liquid nitrogen fracturing technology can effectively save water resource ,avoid water lock sensitive damage and other problems.Based on the importance of liquid nitrogen fracturing technology in CBM exploitation , a large number of theoretical and experimental studies have been carried out.In order to summarize the research progress of liquid nitrogen crack technology and point the direction of future research, synthetically analysis the relevant academic research results, and discuss the water - ice phase transition frost heaving force, liquid nitrogen vaporizing expansion force and coal matrix shrinkage force,especially the water- ice phase transition frost heaving force which plays the leading role in aqueous media and coal matrix shrinkage force which plays a main role in dry coal.The influencing factors of internal physical properties (water content, degree of coal metamorphism and cementation, joints, etc.) and external environmental factors (temperature gradient, liquid nitrogen action time and cycle times, ground stress, etc.) of the liquid nitrogenous fracturing coal are systematically analyzed.The status quo of liquid nitrogen fracturing and stimulation technologies such as low temperature, high temperature fluid technology, liquid nitrogen repeated fracturing technology, liquid nitrogen gasification fracturing technology, low temperature fluid fracturing technology and liquid nitrogen assisted fracturing technology are summarized and analyzed.The field test and application of liquid nitrogen fracturing technology are introduced.The the test flow and test results of liquid nitrogen refracturing technology and liquid nitrogen injection assisted hydraulic fracturing technology are mainly introduced.In the end, this paper summarizes the deficiencies in three aspects, including the main mechanism of action, influencing factors and field test and application of liquid nitrogen induced coal, and gives a prospect of the research emphases.It is pointed out that the research emphasis of liquid nitrogen induced fracturing coal body technology in the future is the in-depth study of comprehensive mechanism and multiple influencing factors, and the ultimate goal is to realize the field application to improve the efficiency of coalbed methane extraction.
