Application and Development of XJM-S28 Mode Floatator

  • 摘要: 针对大型选煤厂煤质变化大的特点,研究开发了XJM-S28型浮选机,利用中矿箱可灵活变换一次浮选和二次浮选工艺,提高了对粉煤可浮性的适应能力;采用机械搅拌和自吸气方式,浮选功耗低、充气效能好;采用模拟放大方法确定了该浮选机的关键参数;将其应用于处理能力375万t/a的炼焦煤选煤厂,比原WPF型微泡浮选机增加精煤产量10.77万t/a,节约用电106.87万kW·h/a。

     

    Abstract: According to the features of high varied coal quality in the large coal preparation plant, a XJM-S28 mode floatator was researched and developed.The mi ddlings container flexible with a primary floatation and secondary floatation technique could be applied to improve the suitable ability of the fine coal floataiity.The XJ M-S28 mode floatator would have a mechanical mixing and self- breathing mode, low power consumption floatation, good air inflation effect and others. The key paramet ers of the large floatator were determined with a simulation enlargement method.The floatator could be applied to a coking coal preparation plant with a production capa city of 3750 000 tons per year.In comparison with previous used WPF mode micro-bubble floatator, the clean coal production of the new floatator could be increased wi th 107 700 tons per year and the electric power consumption could be saved with 1 068 700 kW.h per year.
