粉煤灰制备聚硅酸铝铁絮凝剂及对煤泥水的处理

Poly Ferric Silicate Flocculant Prepared with Fly Ash and Treatment of Slurry Water

  • 摘要: 为提高煤泥水的处理效果,利用粉煤灰制备了聚硅酸铝铁絮凝剂,采用正交试验设计对聚硅酸铝铁絮凝剂制备过程中的3个主要影响因素:n(Si)∶n(Al)(物质的量比)、n(Si)∶n(Fe)和熟化温度进行了研究。结果表明:n(Si)∶n(Al)=1.0∶0.5,n(Si)∶n(Fe)=1.0∶0.5,熟化温度为60℃,熟化时间2 h为最佳工艺条件。利用以上最佳工艺条件制备的聚硅酸铝铁絮凝剂对煤泥水进行了絮凝试验,当煤泥水质量浓度为8 g/L,体积为250 mL,聚硅酸铝铁添加量为1.3 mL时,其透光率可达73.9%,絮凝效果最佳。

     

    Abstract: In order to improve treatment effect of the slurry water, fly ash was applied to prepare the poly ferric silicate flocculant and an orthogonal test design was applied to study three major influence factors of n (Si) :n (AI) (quantity ratio of material) ,n(Si) :n (Fe) and curing temperature during the preparation process of the p oly ferric silicate flocculant.The results showed thatn(Si) :n(AI) =I.0:0.5, n(Si) :n (Fe) =1.0:0.5, the curing temperature of 60 °C and curing time of 2 h were the op timized technique conditions. The poly ferric silicate flocculant prepared was applied to the flocculation test of the slurry water.When the quality concentration of the slur ry water was 8 g/L, the volume was 250 mL and the optimum dosage of poly ferric silicate was 1.3 mL, the transmitting rate was 73.9% and the flocculation effect was b est.
