穿层深孔爆破在突出坚硬煤层瓦斯抽采中的应用

摘要: 为解决深井突出坚硬煤层穿层钻孔瓦斯抽采效果差的问题,提出采用穿层深孔爆破进行强化抽采的方法。通过数值模拟结合理论分析,探讨了穿层爆炸应力波的界面效应,阐释了穿层爆破坚硬煤层裂隙演化作用机制。爆炸应力波在含有天然裂隙的煤岩体复合介质中发生反射与透射,产生的压缩波与拉伸波驱动裂纹扩张,反复作用加剧煤体的破坏,裂隙不断扩展改善了煤层透气性。在赵固二矿二1煤层进行了穿层深孔爆破的现场应用,爆破后的单孔平均瓦斯抽采体积分数增大了1.04~2.77倍,平均抽采瓦斯纯量增大了1.53~3.10倍。Abstract: In order to solve the poor gas drainage effect of the through strata borehole in the outburst and hard seam of the deep underground mine, the through st rata deep borehole blasting was proposed and applied to the enhanced gas drainage method. With the numerical simulation and in combined with the theoretical analys is, the paper discussed the interface effect of the through strata blasting stress wave and explained the cracking evolution function mechanism of the through strata bla sting in the hard seam. The blasting stress wave would caused the reflection and transmission in the coal and rock complex medium with natural cracks, the compresse d wave and tensile wave would drive the crack expansion, the repeated roles would enhance the failure of the coal seam and the continued expansion of the cracks cou Id improve the permeability of the seam. A site application of the through strata deep borehole blasting was conducted in No.21 seam of Zhaogu No. 2 Mine. After the b lasting, the average gas drainage volume fractional of a single borehole was increased by 1. 04 ~ 2. 77 times and the average drained pure gas volume was increased by1.53~3.10times.
