我国煤矿通风技术与装备发展现状及展望

Development and prospect of mine ventilation technology and equipment

  • 摘要: 从通风理论、通风系统、通风装备、通风监控4个方面对近年来我国矿井通风取得的最新成果进行了梳理,分析总结了矿井通风可靠性、通风网络解算、灾变风流控制等通风理论方面取得的进步;介绍了通风系统、采煤工作面通风、掘进工作面通风的新理念,主要通风机、局部通风机和矿用风筒在内的通风新装备在煤矿中的应用现状,以及通风传感器、主要通风机监测、矿井通风网络监测的发展状况。最后在分析目前我国煤矿通风技术与装备存在的问题的基础上,对矿井通风在矿井系统整体布局、设备制造水平、通风监控技术和系统抗灾能力等方面进行了展望,以期为矿井通风技术的发展提供借鉴。

     

    Abstract: The paper introduced the latest achievements of mine ventilaion in ventilation theory ventilation systems venitiaton equipment and ventirition mornioring anayzed and summaized the progress of venilaion theor in venilato reliablitynetwork caculaton and catastrophe airfiow control. Meanmwiie,the new ideas of e ntilation system used incal mining face and heading face were intraduced. The aplicaion status of new equipment inluding the main fan.local fan and mine duct.the process status of ventilatio sensors,main fan monitoring and network mrntoring were analyzed.Fialy: n the basis of analizng the problems of urent mine ventiadion tech ology and equipmenthe author put onwar his own vie ws about the systen layout.equipment manufacturing level,monitoring technology and system disaster resistant ability of mine ventilation in the future,in order to provide a reference for the further development of the mine ventlation technology
