  • 摘要: 为了实现回采工作面的信息化和精细化管理,杜绝瓦斯灾害的发生,在煤与瓦斯突出机理研究的基础上,以工作面的瓦斯参数、煤层地质构造赋存和各种应力场分布3方面为主要信息来源,确定工作面在不同阶段瓦斯防治信息要素,如工作面所处地质单元、控制性构造分布、掘进过程中的突出预测指标、残余瓦斯赋存规律等,研究了综合信息各要素的获取方法和预测模型,并根据各种信息的数据特征,采用相应的表示方法,建立了工作面瓦斯防治综合信息动态分析方法理论体系,并在中岭煤矿12013综采工作面进行了现场验证,结果表明,采用综合信息动态分析方法,可以实现回采工作面突出危险区段的动态预测,为生产一线工程人员决策提供技术支撑。

     

    Abstract: In order to realize the information and fine management of the coal mining face and to eliminate the gas disaster occurred, based on the study on the co al and gas outburst mechanism, the gas parameters of the coal mining face, the geological structure deposition of the coal and different stress field distribution as the main information sources were applied to determine the gas prevention and control information factors at different stage of the coal mining face, including the geological unit of the coal mining face, controlled structure distribution, prediction indexes of coal and gas outburst in the driving process, residual gas deposit law and others.Th e obtained method and prediction model of the each factor in the comprehensive information were studied. According to the data features of different information, a rele vant expression method was applied to establish the theoretical system of the comprehensive information dynamic analysis method of the gas prevention and control fo r coal mining face.The theoretical system was verified in No.12013 fully mechanized coal mining face in Zhongling Mine.The results showed that the application of the C omprehensive information dynamic analysis method could realize a dynamic prediction of an outburst danger section in the coal mining face and could provide technical support to engineering personnel in production site.
