潘庄区块煤层气井网优化设计与产能预测

Optimized Design and Production Prediction of Coal Bed Methane Well Network in Panzhuang Block

  • 摘要: 为科学地布置煤层气井,保证煤层气资源得到合理、充分的开发,在综合分析潘庄区块煤储层地质条件的基础上,选择该西部QN-3井为中心的1 000 m×1 000 m正方形区段作为模拟区域,模拟目的层为3号煤,运用COMET3软件,通过历史拟合校正了基础数据,基于不同井数(4~6口)设计了4种井网方案,并对各方案进行了产能数值模拟和预测。结果表明,该区最优井间距为500 m左右,最佳布井方案为正方形加心和正五边形加心,中心井可以大幅提高产量。

     

    Abstract: In order to the scientific layout of the coal bed methane wells and to ensure the rational and full development of the coal bed methane resources, based on comprehensive analysis on the seam geological conditions in Panzhuang Area, a square area of 1 000 mx1 000 m, taking QN-3 Mine Shaft in the east as a center p art of the block was selected as the simulation region.The target seam of the simulation was No.3 seam.The COMET3 software was applied to correct the basic data wit h the historical ftting.Based on the different well numbers (4 ~ 6 wells),4 different well network alternatives were designed and the numerical simulation and prediction on the production capacity was conducted for each alternative.The results showed that the optimized space between the wells in the region would be about 500 m, the optimum well layout alternative would be a square with a center and a pentagon with a center. The center well could highly improve the production.
