特大断面冲击地压巷道破坏机理及控制技术研究

摘要: 为解决马耿村矿特大断面冲击地压巷道支护难题,介绍了巷道地质条件及围岩地质力学参数特征,分析了冲击地压巷道围岩变形与破坏特征,冲击地压巷道变形破坏的主要影响因素是高应力、强动载、卸压和支护体系。频繁冲击能量会产生冲击破坏效应;卸压措施会对冲击地压巷道围岩结构及支护体系产生巨大影响;主动支护体系失效导致冲击地压巷道变形严重破坏。提出特大断面冲击地压巷道矿压特征明显不同于非冲击地压巷道,不同区域及位置的巷道表面位移和顶板离层差异较大;受掘进影响巷道变形更快速更剧烈,稳定时间更长;冲击地压巷道锚杆锚索受力呈锯齿形或台阶形剧烈波动。在耿村矿进行试验,13230上平巷掘进断面超过30 m2,属特大断面冲击地压巷道。矿压监测数据显示,采用提出的支护方案后围岩变形得到有效控制,巷道支护状况得以明显改善。Abstract: In order to solve the support problem of the mining roadway with large cross section rockburst in Gengcun Coal Mine ,the characteristics of roadway conditions and geologic parameters of surrounding rock are introduced.The deformation and failure characteristics of rockburst roadway are analyzed.The major factors affecting the deformation and failure of roadway are high stress,strong dynamic load,pressure relief and support system.Frequently impact of the energy will impact damage effects,pressure relief measures will great influence on the surrounding rock structure and support system,the failure of the active support system will cause severe deformation of the roadway.The section of rock burst roadway pressure characteristics significantly different from ordinary roadway.The displacement and the separation of the roof are different in different areas and locations;deformed by excavation roadways faster and more intense,longer stable;the stress of the anchor cable in the pressure bump is serrated or stepped fluctuations.The underground industrial test in Gengcun Coal Mine 13230 lane,The driving section is over 30 m2,which belongs to super large section rockburst roadway.Mine pressure monitoring data show that using the proposed support scheme can effectively control the deformation of surrounding rock,roadway condition can be improved.
