薄煤层全自动化刨煤机成套设备井下工业性试验

Industrial Trial of Thin Seam Complete Full Automated Coal Plough Equipment in Underground Coal Mine

  • 摘要: 为了解决薄煤层开采存在的工作环境恶劣、安全性差和劳动强度大的问题,采用数据记录和统计的方法对刨煤机刨煤方式、进刀工艺、最优刨煤参数、自动化运行情况及易损件寿命等进行了试验分析。工业性试验结果表明:BH38/2×400型全自动化刨煤机成套设备能满足薄煤层开采的需求,实现了刨煤机自动化运行和远程集中控制系统稳定可靠;实现了采高0.9~1.7 m、普氏系数大于3的薄煤层安全高效的自动化开采。

     

    Abstract: In order to solve problems of serious working environment, poor safety and high labor intensity existed in thin seam mining, a data record and statistic m ethod were applied to the trial analysis on ploughing method of the coal plough, feeding technology, optimum ploughing parameters, automatic operation condition and service life of easily- worn parts. The study results showed that a complete BH38 12 x400 automatic plough equipment could meet the requirements of a thin seam mini ng. Based on the circumstances, an industrial trial was conducted. The trial results showed that the complete equipment could meet the requirements of the thin seam mining, the automatic operation and remote centralized control system of the coal plough with a reliable stability. A safety and high efficient automatic mining with a mini ng heightof0. 9~ 1.7 m was realized in a thin seam with a Protodyakonov coefficient over 3.
