防突深孔控制爆破松动半径考察方法

Investigation Method of Loose Radius in Deep Borehole Controlled Blasting for Outburst Prevention

  • 摘要: 为了合理确定深孔控制爆破孔的间距,从而有效消除煤层的突出危险性,通过理论分析和现场试验的方法,对瓦斯流量指标法、瓦斯涌出初速度指标法、钻屑量指标法、瓦斯压力指标法、示踪气体法及弹性波法等考察深孔控制爆破松动半径的方法的原理和不足进行了综合分析,分析结果表明:由于突出煤层的复杂性,各种方法测试得出的深孔控制爆破松动半径具有一定的相对性和偏差,应根据现场实际需要选择合适的测试方法。根据分析结果和潘三矿现场实际,采用瓦斯流量指标法考察潘三矿的深孔控制爆破松动半径为4 m。

     

    Abstract: In order to determinate the space between deep borehole for controlled blasting, thus the outburst danger in seam could be eliminated, with a theoretical analysis and a site test method, a comprehensive analysis was conducted on the principle and shortages of a method to investigate the loose radius of the deep boreho le controlled blasting with the gas flow index method, gas emission initial speed index method, drilling cuttings value index method, gas pressure index method, tracing gas method, elastic wave method and others. The results showed that due to the complexity of the outburst seam, the loose radius of the deep borehole controlled blast ing measured with different methods would have a certain relativity and deviation. A suitable measuring method should be selected according to the site actual requirem ent. Based on the analysis results and the site actual requirement in Pansan Mine, the gas flow index method was applied to obtain the loose radius of the deep borehol e controlled blasting with 4 m in Pansan Mine.
